Anju is the Founder of Kazivu, a performance coaching service exclusively for teenagers. At Kazivu, Anju combines her 10 years of experience in education, mental health and performance coaching. She holds a PGD in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (got the Best Student Award), a certificate in Foundations of Mental Health Care from Harvard University, and another certificate in Trauma and Wellbeing Practice from Teach For All. She has received several honours including selection as the Youth Speaker at the World Health Organization's (WHO) 2022 World Mental Health Report Launch. Anju is also a Teach For India alumna.

Sarah studied Psychology at Ashoka University, which is where she became curious about how young people build confidence, motivation and direction. Since then, she's worked with teens as a career counsellor and as a guide, helping students explore paths, set goals and build practical skills. At Kazivu, she creates systems that help teens stay focused and take real action.

Srishti is a performance coach and educator with 8 years of experience working with students aged 12 and above. At the heart of her work is a core belief: "Everything a child needs to achieve their dreams already lives within them, and my role is simply to help them find and hone it". She's also deeply fascinated by neuroplasticity. The teenage years, when young people are moving from school to college and into the world of work, are a uniquely powerful time for growth and change. She believe this is the stage where the right support can make the biggest difference, and it's where she chooses to focus her work.
